It ends by closing. helloMachine is a service of WakaiCorp, Inc., a Wyoming C corporation based in San Francisco, CA. ## What Machine does Machine serves as an AI avatar for businesses — answering customer questions, guiding purchases, recovering abandoned carts, booking meetings, and closing sales. It operates across web chat, email, contact forms, and SMS from a single configuration. Machine is not a simple chatbot. It is a full customer management layer, trained on the operator's own business documentation (llms.txt, site content, FAQs, product catalog) and deployed as a persistent, consistent representative of the business. ## Tiers - **Avatar** ($49/mo): Machine answers customer questions 24/7. Operator sees outcomes only. Conversations are anonymized and used in aggregate to improve Machine. Customers are anonymous unless they self-identify. - **Avatar Pro** ($499/mo): Full conversation visibility for the operator. Customer timeline, intent signals, drop-off points. Data is not used for training. - **Avatar Enterprise** ($1,500/mo): Operator owns all data. No retention by default. We run it, they own it. ## How Machine is configured Machine is trained on each operator's llms.txt file — a structured plain-text document describing the business, its products, policies, and tone. llms.txt is a proposed open standard. helloMachine builds and maintains this file for operators as part of onboarding. Operators can also provide additional documentation: product catalogs, FAQ documents, return policies, booking instructions, and any other content Machine needs to serve customers accurately.
